What is Zamzata?
Zamzata is a new experience of buying and trading anything you have for something you really want.

How much does it cost?
Zamzata is a free service. Just post items you want for the items you have.

How do I start?
You should start with a post of something you would like to trade or sell.  You can then add a wish list for items you would like to receive in exchange for your item.  You can then start with a search to see if there are any items you like from another user.

Do I need to register?
You do not need to register on this site and you are free to surf and post without registering your personal information.

How do I post?
Click on the post link and type in the item you would like to add.

Do I have to trade?
No you don’t, you may also ask people to make a money offer for your item.

What is a Wish List?
A wish list is a list of products that you will accept for the item you willing to exchange.

Can I post a price?
No you cannot. If someone is interested in your item, they can make an offer. It is up to you to accept or reject the offer. There are no priced items on Zamzata.

What are the boards next to each sub category?
We believe in a free market and a fair market. This is a place where people including the seller can discuss the product they have and share their experiences about the product with sellers and buyers. This site is not a store. Ordinary people like you post and reply to this site as well as moderate the site. This site belongs to everyone that uses it.

Do I have to use my email?
Yes, without it, your item will never get posted and no one will be able to contact you regarding your item.

How do I post?
Very Simple.

• Fill out the form what you have
• Wait for an email
• Authorize the post and publish
• Sit back, drink coffee and wait for replies to your post

How do I search for an item I might want?
All you have to do is put an item you want in the search area or you can search by categories.

Is my email safe?
Yes, we do not publish, sell, or share your email with any institution.
No one can see your email address.

What if I have been cheated?
Please let us know, however we cannot do much since we have no contact information of the sellers or buyers. However, we would like to know about it, and so would our community. Please make sure to post back on the forum about good or bad experiences with other users.
